Refund policy

14-day return window
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return
Email us at cheers@gagatglass.com before sending anything back.
If your return is accepted, you may send us your order to the warehouse address we’ll send you.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at cheers@gagatglass.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please attach clear photos or a short video and include a brief description of what happened.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized products (e.g., special orders with engravings)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning it.


Orders shipped within the European Union

If your order was shipped within the European Union, you are entitled to return or cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive it, for any reason.
As above, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags and in the original packaging. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
