We currently ship to:

What Are the Usual Delivery Times?
- Armenia: 2–3 business days (in rare cases up to 3)
- Germany: 2–3 business days
- European Union: 4–5 business days
- United Kingdom & Switzerland: 5–10 business days
- United States: 1–2 days within California, 3–4 days nationwide
- Canada: 10–14 business days (shipped from EU warehouse)
- International orders (UAE, Australia, New Zealand, Norway, Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay): 7–15 business days
For all orders outside of Armenia, you’ll automatically receive a tracking link once your shipment is dispatched.
Can I Gift Gagat Glass?
Absolutely. Every Gagat Glass comes in elegant individual packaging, making it the perfect gift for anyone who values design, heritage, and craftsmanship.
We also offer digital gift cards (e-gift vouchers) in various amounts — ideal for birthdays, weddings, or holidays.

What Is Your Return Policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, email cheers@gagatglass.com with your order number and a short description.
We’ll guide you through the process and provide a return label.
Return shipping costs (deducted from your refund):
- Armenia – ֏1,500 AMD
- Europe – €5.90
- UK & Switzerland – €7.50
- USA – $6.00
- Canada – 15 CAD
- International – €15.00
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

What Materials Are Used?
Gagat Glasses are crafted from high-borosilicate glass, a premium material known for its exceptional clarity, strength, and heat resistance.
Each piece is carefully inspected to ensure a flawless finish and long-lasting durability.
How Do I Care for My Gagat Glass?
Gagat Glasses are heat-resistant and dishwasher-safe.
However, to preserve their sculptural detail and clarity for many years, we recommend gentle hand-washing with warm water and mild soap.
Avoid abrasive sponges, and dry with a soft cloth to maintain brilliance.
Is Gagat Glass Made in Armenia?
Not yet — all design and creative direction are proudly based in Armenia, but production currently takes place abroad.
We are actively exploring opportunities to bring manufacturing home.

Can I Place a Bulk or Corporate Order?
Yes. We offer bulk pricing for corporate gifts, weddings, and retail partners.

Gagat Glass was founded after a 2024 hiking trip to Mount Ararat — a celebration of culture, legacy, and design.
