We currently ship to:

- United States and Canada

What Are the Usual Delivery Times?
- Armenia: 2–3 working days (faster delivery possible)
- Germany: 2–4 working days
- European Union: 3–6 working days
- United Kingdom: 5–8 working days
- USA & Canada: 10–15 working days
Can I Gift Gagat Glass?
Absolutely. Each Gagat Glass is beautifully and individually packaged, making it a perfect gift for whiskey lovers, collectors, or anyone who values craftsmanship and heritage.
You can also purchase Gagat Glass gift vouchers, available as $50 or $100 e-gift cards.

What Is Your Return Policy?
Yes, you can return your glasses within 30 days of purchase.
To begin the return process, please contact us at cheers@gagatglass.com. You will need to repackage the glasses securely to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse for inspection.
Once we confirm your return, we will send you a return shipping label to print and attach to your parcel.
Please note that a portion of the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund:
- Armenia: ֏1,500 (approx. $4 USD)
- Germany: €4.90
- European Union: €7.50
- USA & Canada: $7.50
What Materials Are Used to Make Gagat Glass?
Gagat Glasses are made from premium high-borosilicate glass, known for its clarity, strength, and lightweight feel. The result is a durable and elegant glass suited for all occasions.
How Do I Care for My Gagat Glass?
We recommend gently hand-washing your Gagat Glass with warm water and mild soap. Avoid abrasive sponges and dishwashers to preserve the clarity and sculptural detail of the glass.
After washing, dry with a soft cloth to prevent water spots and maintain its brilliance.
Is Gagat Glass Made in Armenia?
Not yet. While production currently takes place abroad, all design and creative direction are proudly based in Armenia. We're actively exploring opportunities to bring production home.
