Mount Ararat, inside your decanter

The Ararat Decanter is a one-litre crystal decanter handblown from lead-free crystal, with the silhouette of Mount Ararat rising inside the base. The relief stands in full view when the decanter is empty on your table. Pour in Armenian brandy, red wine or water and the mountain begins to shine, the liquid catching light on every ridge. A decanter, a carafe and a piece of Armenia in one object.

Why it earns a place on your table every day

Pours like a carafe, looks like a decanter. No stopper to lose, no narrow neck to fight. The open, angled rim gives a clean, controlled pour whether the decanter is full or down to the last glass.

A whole bottle, with room to breathe. One litre takes a full 75 cl bottle of wine or 70 cl of brandy, with air to spare for the wine to open up.

Crystal brilliance, no lead. Lead-free crystal has the clarity and weight you expect from crystal and is safe for daily use with any drink.

Steady where it counts. A 14 cm base and a low centre of gravity keep it standing on a crowded dinner table; at 815 g it is substantial in the hand and still easy to pour one-handed.

Care
Hand wash in warm water with a soft bottle brush, which also reaches the relief inside the base. Dry upside down on a cloth. No dishwasher, no abrasive sponges, and no boiling water into a cold decanter.
